Shipping
We are happy to offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for all orders within the continental US and $35 for shipping to Canada.
We currently only ship to the US and Canada. If you would like to purchase, but we don’t currently ship to your country, please contact us at info@en8apparel.com, so that we can consider adding your location in the future.
- US orders ship via USPS or UPS
- Duties are not included in the cost of goods or shipping for international (non-US) orders
- We require a mobile number for all non-US orders so that the courier can contact you for delivery via text message
- When ordering a pre-sale item, your item will ship automatically when in stock. We will send you an email with tracking details when the item is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right with your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). Shipping costs incurred on the original order will not be refunded. The return amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- All returned items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed and have tags still attached.
- Exchanges and returns for US-based orders are free
- For non-US orders, we will refund your original form of payment minus the outbound shipping costs
- Clearance and Sample Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned
- Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash
- EN8 Apparel reserves the right to deny returns and exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return and indicate which products you would like to return or exchange.
- If possible, please utilize the recyclable packaging in which the item was shipped to you when returning.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items you wish to return back to us using the shipping label provided.
Exchanges
- We offer one free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 30 days of the original ship date
- International orders are not eligible for exchange
- Please email us at info@en8apparel.com and we will assist you with the exchange
